I think this review was neutral. This review has good impression on many people, I think.

*Are chefs, owners, managers, or restaurnt staff featured in the video? Do you think this was helpful in providing useful information about the restaurant or did it make the review too biased?
Augus O'Hara, who is the executive chef and sommelier featured in the video. I think this was helpful to provide information about the restaurant. His information is easy to understand and real. The real voice is needed in review.

  1. I'm glad you found the meaning of "white hot" and accurately understood what the reviewer meant by it.

As for the video that I asked you to watch, it was actually a promotion of the restaurant that was masquerading as a review, so it was far from neutral. One wouldn't expect that the executive chef and sommelier of the restaurant to be impartial. Of course, he will only point out the restaurant's positive attributes.
