Analyzing a food blog

Hello! How are you doing?
Last night, I ate boiled pumpkin in my home. Pumpkin is a seasonal food so it was really good taste:)
In Japan, we can enjoy a lot of autumnal foods like pumpkins, sweet potatos and chestnuts. I like all of them:))))

Today, I'm going to introduce one nice blog. You can access the blog from here→http://www.gluten-free-vegan-girl.com/
This blog is written by Solveig Berg Vollan who was born in Norway and she is now 19-years-old.

REVIEW

*Quality
This blog's quality is high, I think. She introduces many kind of foods' recipes. She writes detailes about the recipe so we can understand easily how to cook that.  As a visual, this blog's design is unified in white and light brown color. It's good. And also the picture's quality is high.

*Usefullness
I think this blog is really usefulness. She writes lots of details about the recipe but they are not too many. So we can resd this blog firstly.

*Visual attractiveness
As I wrote, this blog's design is unified in about three colors. That makes this blog very attractive. She posts lots of pictures of the foods and the image's quality is high. It seems really delicious!

*Accessibility of the language
She uses English and it's easy to understand. In addition, she uses English in so friendly style so we can enjoy reading.

*How interesting is it to you personally?
I like this blog very much. I'm 19-years-old too, so I respect for her because she has high quality blog like this. I would like to read this blog occasionaly from now on.

Welcome to my food blog!

Hi, I'm Maho. I will write my food blog for the first time. Today, I'm going to write about the book I choose for this class. The book is "Food Culture in the Near East, Middle East, and North Africa". I choose this book because I'm interested in Middle East and North Africa's food and religious culture. we can learn how religious strictures on food and drink continue to play an important role in eating habits there today for Muslims, Jews, and Christians. This is relevant to my interests. I hope I can learn lots of things through this book.
